Overview
As trailblazers in the world of contemporary a cappella, The Vocal Company (TVC) has been on a long-standing mission to improve vocal music production and education. Over the past decade the company has built a unique community—attracting the best producers, engineers, arrangers, and performers in the industry. In 2016, TVC was looking to invest in its digital marketing infrastructure to help fuel continued growth. The effort would require a new digital strategy and a full redesign of TVC’s brand, assets, and service offerings.
Role
I came into this project as a freelancer, leading the design effort and also playing a significant consulting & project management role.
Goals
Deliver a better experience for visitors, prospects, and customers as they interact with TVC’s many assets
Increase conversions through an advanced inbound marketing funnel
Improve SEO strategy to grow inbound search traffic
Build a modern, user-centered design system for consistent messaging
